CSS Short Cuts
After about 1 hour of coding I finished a lovely CSS template of tabs, it show’s which tab is currently in use, it has nice gradients and subtle cross hatching (I’m afraid it doesn’t have a reflection and the font is most definitely not massive, it is also not covered in a thick layer of shiny lacquer. Despite those obvious drawbacks it still looks modern).
Apart from the benefit of stretching my CSS muscles, I could have saved my self a lot of bother by simply downloading this neat little app:
http://www.highdots.com/css-tab-designer/
…it’s FREE, which already makes it fun; and it’s got a nice range of example themes. The code is short and concise too, all to gether a neat little tool for anyone who makes a lot of CSS menus.
