About T3D

Twenty3design is a web design agency based in Oxfordshire.
We’re a friendly, multi-disciplined team with extensive experience creating great websites, branding, tea and print marketing. We’re passionate about our work and love getting involved with new projects and fresh ideas. We work hard using innovative design and technology to get the most out of every project we’re involved with.

The Head of Business Development:
Phil Dickenson has too many years of marketing and business development experience so he decided to give a few of them to us!
Phil previously worked for Seymour Distribution Ltd as a Trade Marketing and Circulation Manager (which has to be one of the longest titles we’ve ever heard, so it’s probably made up) with Egmont Magazines, the UK’s second largest children’s magazine publisher. During that time he helped Egmont introduce several new market leading titles, aided their year-on-year revenue growth and spent way too much time reading Barbie magazine. Phil has a BA in Media Production (although the certificate is in Welsh so no one here can confirm it).

The Head of Development:
Katherine Faulkner has spent the last 7 years trying to grow over 5’2”. In her spare time she has become one of the industry’s leading experts in HTML/CSS and coding stuff.
Kath works at T3d as a full-time web developer creating websites for a large range of different industries and individuals. Before making the best decision of her life (co-founding Twenty3design) she was the lead Flash developer for a software company and, despite this, she remains extremely enthusiastic about interactive media. It’s also worth pointing out that she is the common sense behind T3d and without her a lot less would happen. Kath claims she has a BSc in Sound Technology.

The Lead Designer:
Liam Faulkner once ate an entire packet of McVities Digestives in only 3 mouthfuls. However, this did give him the almost superhuman strength to become a world renowned web and graphic designer.
Liam used to work as part of a large organisation creating interactive dynamic content (nope, we don’t know either) and continues to develop his skills through a variety of exciting projects and dog walking. The other co-founder of T3d, he works as a full-time Graphic Designer heading up all of the print and web media for the company as well as doing consulting work for PR and digital marketing agencies. Liam wishes he had a BSc in Multimedia Technology.
